Elsi Pacheco, owner, works with her clients to create memorable experiences – whether working with classic elements or the latest cutting edge trends, she strives to bring your dream to life! Event planning and design lets her combine her loves of project management and throwing parties.
Before starting her own Events Planning Company Elsi had over 15 years of experience in the Hospitality Industry, ranging from the opening of restaurants to running some of the major New York City venues. She also has extensive experience with customer service skills and management with her training acquired from her position as a PR rep for Verizon Telecommunications for 13 years.
Her friends and family always asked her to organize their parties and events and after a few years of what she considered her pro-bono stage, she came up with her own business plan and executed it. She decided with all her extensive knowledge in the field of events, marketing & PR she would succeed on running her own events planning company. She started BB Galas, LLC in 2008 and with her strengths on the business side as well as a love for flair and elegance, Elsi is always looking for creative ways to bring her clients’ visions to life.
She is currently working with a new entertainment company to develop their events department which consist of training new event promoter’s on the in’s & outs of the entertainment industry, developing new artist, and developing a touring system for events all over the US. She has worked on events such as CMJ, New York Fashion Week, Market America/Conquer Entertainment World Conference in the Miami Airlines Arena, Galas in Casa De Campo, Dominican Republic and she treats each and everyone with its own unique flare.
